United Way of Yavapai County was pleased to honor their most generous individual and business donors at the recent Leaders in Giving

Celebration.  The event was sponsored by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Arizona and brought community leaders, large donors ($500 or

more) and United Way of Yavapai County staff together for an hour of refreshment and camarderie.  The event was held at the Prescott

Resort on March 24, 2010.

Amoung the dignitaries who were able to attend, Steve Norwood, City Manager of the City of Prescott, County Supervisor Tom Thurman

and Prescott City Councilwoman Tammy Lynn, joined staff and others in honoring those businesses and individuals who go the extra

mile and dig a little deeper in these tough times, to support the good work United Way of Yavapai County does in the area.
